I gave my daughter some pretty precise instructions on what type of watch it was that I was really wanting this year. I had to have silvertone, liked the idea of crystal or diamond accents on the casing and I also wanted a mother-of-pearl face. In addition, because I'm a nurse, I wanted a second hand and a big enough dial that I could see the hour markings.
This watch by Anne Klein hit the mark in every way! I love the band with the links that have the crystal accents. Yes it has links and the band is a bit too big for my wrist, but I don't remove the links because I like the loose bracelet type fit and I can push it up higher on my forearm when I need to do that.
I really like the pretty face and the surrounding sparkle!
In short -- I'm very pleased with the watch and love wearing it.

This is a beautiful watch but I'm not sure how it would hold up under everyday use. The crystals go halfway around the watch band. For my wrists I would have to take several links out to be not too big; therefore the crystals would be almost all the way around. That isn't so bad for looks but I can see how over time the shiny silver part and the crystals would get really scrathced up on the bottom and maybe even the crystals fall out. I was also a little disappointed that for this price it didn't give the date on the face of the watch. It also had just a small clasp so if it came undone on your wrist you could easily lose it and not even know it was off your wrist. I loved the mother of pearl face and overall it was stunning. Maybe this is just a dress watch.
